How do I get a refund? No refunds or cancelations are issued. This is clearly stated at checkout before paying. 

Is my item eligible for an exchange? Most items are elegible for exchange, with the exception of those listed below. Due to hygiene and resale purposes, the following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange:

swimwear, bodysuits, intimate apparel, accessories, footwear and sale items. Items purchased during big sales or Giveaways

Where do I send my exchange to? Exchanges should be made sent to: PO BOX 10962 Canoga Park Ca, 91309.

What is the window for exchange? Exchanges have a 7 business day window from the date you received your item. The date you received your item is the day the tracking number shows as Delivered to your residence. Any items sent back to us after the 7 day window will be sent back to you.

Will I receive a prepaid shipping label? We do not provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges, unless we sent a wrong item and it needs to be sent back. 

How should I ship my item? When returning an item, we recommend using USPS Flat Rate Shipping or First Class Package as it is the most affordable shipping option and comes with a tracking number.

Is there anything I should include in the return? Please include the name used when placing the order, as well as the exchange information and or any other special instructions.

Direct Messages will have a slower response rate due to high volume of DMs, it is easy for your DM to get lost and buried below all other messages. 

How soon will I get a response? Email response time is less than 24 hours. (this excludes weekends).

I received the wrong item and need to send it back, am I still responsible for return shipping? No, in situations like these we will email you a prepaid return label. All you have to do is drop off the wrong item at your local post office. Once scanned by the post office, we will send out the correct item. 

Do you offer store credit? Yes, we do. Store credit does not expire, and can be entered in the discount code box at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order? Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please allow a 1-2 day processing time added to each order before it is shipped out.

My package shows Delivered but it is nowhere to be found. What now? Please note, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages! If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local post office for further investigation.
