The following items are FINAL SALE: swimwear, bodysuits, intimate apparel, accessories, footwear and sale items. Items purchased during big sales are FINAL SALE.
To be eligible for a refund or store credit, your item must be (1) unworn, (2) unwashed and (3) in their original condition with tags still in tact.
Items may be refunded if returned within 7 days of receiving shipment. All credit will be issued to original payment method. For example, orders made via Paypal will be credited full amount, minus shipping costs.
Please note: We are not responsible for return shipping costs. When returning we recommend using USPS Flat Rate Shipping.
Store Credit Guidelines:
Item(s) returned after 7 days but before 30 days are eligible for store credit only. Store credit does not expire. Store credit codes will be issued through e-mail and can be used immediately.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages!
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we ship international. Please allow 2-3weeks to receive your package.
International "First Class" packages can only be tracked through USPS.com until the package leaves the United States. This means that you can only view tracking information while your package is within the U.S and you will not see any additional information about the whereabouts of your package.
Additionally, we are not responsible for any "lost" or "stolen" packages through the post. If you would like to purchase insurance with your package you will have to pay for Priority International shipping as well as the insurance fee. For any out of the country orders we HIGHLY recommend purchasing insurance.
